Questions
Is anything pay-to-win?
No. Ranks and cosmetics change how you look, never how you fight. Everyone gets the same kits, knockback and Elo.
When do I get my purchase?
Usually within a few minutes, the next time you are in the hub. If it has not arrived after an hour, ask in the Discord or Email us.
Do ranks run out?
Yes. Each rank is billed monthly, so if you change your mind you can always cancel and you will stop being charged, at the end of the last payed month you will lose the many perks of that Rank.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a ticket in the Discord or email with your Minecraft name and order number, and staff will sort it out within a reasonable time period usually within 24 hours.
